Forbs Investment Solutions Limited
was incorporated in 2010 as a private limited liability company to provide various forms of credit facilities such as bridge loans, consumer leases and other financial services to both corporate clients and medium income individuals.
Forbs Nigeria Limited
is oldest member of our Group having been incorporated in 1993 and is engaged mainly in Contracting, Asset trading, Outsourcing and Reselling Arrangement with our Foreign Partners. We also provide logistic support to a wide array of clients.
Forbs Insurance Brokers limited
incorporated in 2022, is in strategic Partnership with two publicly listed Insurance Companies offering Life and General Insurance services respectively. Specifically, we sell their retail products like motor vehicles insurance, fire & burglary insurance, credit guarantees, etc.
Forbs Consulting Limited
, incorporated in 2014, provides Corporate Finance services in the areas of Project funding, Advisory services, corporate restructuring, delinquent loans workout/Recoveries. We offer short-term bridge loans to select customers currently employed in banking, insurance telecoms, oil & gas. Our training in leadership & management development services are also handled by this company. We partner with top consultants to deliver cutting edge and impactful training to institutions in the public and private sectors.
Forbs Properties Enterprises
is registered in January 2019 to engage in properties brokerage services (intermediation) and facilities management services. The company aims to partner with major developers in the real estate space to help sell their properties using our extended network of contacts to reach various buyers.

VIEW PROFILE
Anthony C. Okocha is a seasoned banker, who resigned from the banking industry in early 2010. Prior to this, he was the Acting Managing Director of the then IMB International Bank Plc before it merged with 3 other Banks (First Atlantic Bank Plc, Inland Bank Plc & NUB International Bank Plc) on December 31, 2005, to form First Inland Bank Plc.
At First Inland Bank Plc (now Finbank Plc), Tony – as he is popularly called, held responsibilities in Corporate Banking, Treasury and Structured Finance where he, at various times between 2006 and January 2010 was General Manager and Group Executive.
Prior to joining First Inland Bank Plc, Tony had over 26 years post-graduate experience spanning industry, commerce, banking, insurance and financial consulting. He resigned from the services of Finbank Plc on January 31, 2010 to join Forbs Investment Solutions Limited as its pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
In the course of his banking career, Tony attended several management and leadership courses both local and offshore and is an alumni of the Universities of Ife and Lagos as well as Columbia University, New York. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria and Senior Honourary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Tony has been serving on the Boards of African Alliance Insurance Plc and Universal Insurance Plc as non-Executive Director since 2012. He has been the interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of African Alliance Insurance Plc since August 2016. He also the Chairman of Board of Directors of Stoma Bakery.
He is happily married with three (3) children.
Mary Ogonna Okocha

VIEW PROFILE
Mary holds two bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and law obtained in 1986 and 1990 from the Universities of Lagos & Benin respectively. She had a brief stint at the then prestigious law firm of Chike Chigbue & Co before she resigned in 1996 to pursue her career in other areas, Mary is currently the Proprietor of Stephandra Enterprises which is engaged in the Fashion business. She sits on our Board as the Group Company Secretary.
