Finance Leasing
We provide both consumer and corporate leases.
• Consumer Leases - These are Leases for individuals. We provide consumer leases on a wide range of domestic equipment (Households) to employees of large corporations through our diverse product bouquet. Through these products, employees can obtain financing for equipment such as cars, generating sets, air conditioners, computers, TV’s etc with a flexible repayment plan tailored to meet their income streams.
• Corporate Leases - These are leases to companies or corporate bodies to finance purchase of the working assets such as cars, buses, office equipment, computers/laptops, generators, machineries such as tankers, heavy duty trucks, etc.
Under this lease, maintenance cost and other expenses arising such as logistics/distribution/carriage expenses will be to the account of the client. However, the key benefit here is that the client retains the capital allowance on use of the lease assets which confers some tax advantage in terms of capital allowances.
Operating Leasing
We also provide operating leases to some selected clients.
As Lessors we maintain the assets in use by the Lessee for a specific period of time as agreed and thereafter the asset reverts to the Lessor.
Under this lease, we provide the assets to the client but the maintenance cost and other expenses arising such as logistics/distribution/carriage expenses as well as the resulting capital allowance on the assets will be borne/retained by us.
Debt Recovery/Loan Workout Services
We interface between borrowers and lenders with a view to providing mutually acceptable modalities for settlement of delinquent loans. We adopt a professional approach to debt recovery which ranges from letter writing to telephone, physical contact and on the extreme, engage a legal firm if required.
Our services are tailor-made to suit our clients’ needs. We aim to work as a team with our clients to help maximize their cash flows and minimize debtors’ days. Using our expertise, we recommend a plan for debt recovery. This may be a discreet approach where the client wishes to either maintain a long-standing business relationship with its debtors or prefer to actualize a more aggressive program for debtors it chooses not to have any business/trade with again.

Reselling of Printers & Scanners
We are major Resellers to Astel-Africa, a UK based Distributors of OKI Printers and Fujitsu Scanners. We stock Hardware as well as consumable parts such as toners, belts and drums for these printers and scanners.
Agency Insurance Brokerage
We are in strategic Partnership with two publicly listed Insurance Companies offering Life and General Insurance services respectively. Specifically, we sell their retail products like motor vehicles insurance, fire & burglary insurance, credit guarantees, as well as life insurance products.
